I help people who are blocked, confused, stressed out or depressed to gain a sense of direction, relaxation, and clarity of purpose. I do this by exploring the astrological symbolism of your birth chart in addition to Zen principles of simplicity, self-awareness, and mindfulness. 

I can help you gain a higher level of self-awareness and peace of mind as you gradually discover within yourself how to create a life that is true to who you are and what you feel most passionate about.
