I am a Zen Buddhist monk, Life Coach, and Buddhist teacher who offers a variety of services that merge traditional Buddhist practices with a contemporary approach to psychological, spiritual, and physical wellness.
Through individual or couples counseling, meditation classes and ministerial services, I work to help people alleviate the sources of pain in their lives through basic principles of mindfulness, simplicity, and self-awareness. Through these time-proven healing methods his clients acquire a greater sense of overall health and happiness, regardless of their spiritual or religious beliefs.
I have over twenty years of experience working with people in a wide range of capacities including crisis counselor, Buddhist teacher, hospice volunteer, personal trainer, and meditation instructor. I am committed to helping people to know and understand themselves better so they may lead happier and more productive lives.
My approach to psychological and spiritual wellness is based on a Buddhist viewpoint that all people are already inherently healthy. I work with my clients to help them uncover the sanity and happiness that is already there.
